How to choose between co-living houses
Tour at the time you would normally be home. Notice noise, kitchen space, bathroom lines, storage, natural light, transit, and how people use the common rooms. A staged daytime tour reveals only part of the house.
Ask about turnover, cleaning, repairs, guests, work-from-home habits, and how residents raise concerns. If possible, speak with a current resident without a sales person present.
Compare terms side by side: total price, term, notice, deposit, included services, and transfer options. Pick the house whose ordinary week suits you, not the one with the best listing copy.
