What's included in an SF co-living membership
Common inclusions are a furnished room, shared furniture, utilities, internet, cleaning of common areas, and maintenance. Some homes add supplies, events, laundry, or flexible move-in terms. Some do not.
Ask about the exceptions: utility caps, private-room cleaning, parking, guest fees, application charges, deposits, late fees, and move-out cleaning. An inclusive price is useful only when the exclusions are clear.
Save the written offer and agreement. If an amenity matters to your decision, make sure it is described there, not merely shown in a photo or mentioned on a call.
