Co-living vs a classic room share: an honest comparison
A classic room share is usually a direct arrangement with existing tenants or a master tenant. It can cost less and give you more influence over the household, but you must do more screening and may need to furnish or set up bills.
Co-living often offers a faster, furnished, more standardized move-in. In exchange, the operator sets more of the terms, and you may have less control over turnover and house culture.
Neither model is inherently better. Compare the actual room, the people, the agreement, and the total price. Those facts matter more than the category.
