In managed co-living, a company typically leases or operates a house, furnishes common areas, markets individual rooms, and sets the rules for residents. You usually contract with the company rather than choose a group of friends to lease with.
The operator may bundle utilities, internet, cleaning, or furniture and may handle maintenance and replacement residents. The degree of service varies. Read what is included rather than assuming a polished listing means full support.
Ask who manages emergencies, how transfers work, what notice you owe, and how deposits are handled. A managed home is still a home; its agreement deserves the same scrutiny as any other rental.
