Co-living houses built for builders

May 28, 2025

Ask the normal housing questions first: lease, rent, deposit, occupancy, landlord approval, condition, safety, repairs, and exit terms. Then ask the builder questions: quiet hours, calls, guests, shared work areas, internet, and how conflict is handled.

A good co-living house offers community without compulsory networking. Residents should be able to rest, date, cook, and work privately without explaining themselves.

Choose the house for how it operates on a dull Tuesday, not for the group photo.
