How to split a founder house's rent and chores
Split rent by rooms and real amenities, not title, equity, or who works latest. Write the amounts, due dates, utilities, deposit contributions, and replacement process in a household agreement.
Make chores visible and rotating: kitchen, bathroom, trash, supplies, and shared spaces. A person doing more company work does not automatically get a pass from basic home care; discuss genuine exceptions in advance.
Keep home operations out of product standups. A fifteen-minute weekly household check is enough.
